Because scales vary by country, each bundle’s weight can differ by 5-10g. So, every bundle weighs between 93g-105g.

Our curls are created using high-temperature steam process—just like what you'd get at a salon. This ensures a clean and safe experience for our customers while giving them long-lasting, perfectly shaped curls.

Since the curls made by high-temperature Steam Process, similar to salon techniques, there may be some residual scent. This is completely normal. We recommend washing and soaking the hair around 5 times with your favorite shampoo or conditioner — the smell will gradually disappear.

12inch-20inch;usually require 2–3 bundles.

22inch-30inch need 4-5 bundles for a fuller look.

To ensure a fair transaction for both our customers and our business, our return and exchange policy is as follows:

1. To receive a full refund, the product eust be returned, and the request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

   Items that have been used for an extended period of time (such as over one month) are not eligible for return or refund.
3. We don't cover any costs associated with returning products.

5. After we receive the return item, we'll check if it's unused. If approved, the refund will be processed within 24 hours.
