Does the hair tangle?
- Hair tangling is normal for Raw Unprocessed human hair because it behaves just like natural hair. With proper care and maintenance, it stays smooth and manageable.
- Slight tangling is a natural characteristic of Raw Unprocessed human hair and can also indicate the hair hasn’t been heavily chemically treated.
Does the hair have a smell?
Raw hair hasn’t been salon-processed and has no bad smell — you might notice a little shampoo scent, but just wash it once after you receive it and it’ll be perfectly fine.
Can I straighten this hair?
Yes, you can. I’ve tested it many times. If you want that sleek, shiny look, keep your flat iron at around 220°C (about 430°F), let it sit on the hair for about 5 seconds, then glide it down slowly — especially for curly textures.
After straightening, Raw hair looks more like a natural blend of 4C textures.
Will the curls go back after straightening?
Yes, it can. Soak the hair in conditioner for about 10 minutes, or apply it and wrap the hair to let it soften. After rinsing, shake out the excess water — that’s the key step to help the curls bounce back! Then apply curl mousse and let it air dry. After being straightened 2–3 times, the curls may loosen a bit — that’s totally normal.

When i can get the hair ?
This product is made to order and requires 5 days of processing time. The fastest you can receive your package is within 10 days. Please kindly plan your schedule accordingly.
Refund & Return
To ensure a fair transaction for both our customers and our business, our return and exchange policy is as follows:
- To receive a full refund, the product must be returned, and the request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items that have been used for an extended period of time (such as over one month) are not eligible for return or refund.
- We don't cover any costs associated with returning products.
- Make sure the hair hasn’t been used, and please send us a picture of it unused to our email: tzhairhouseoffcial@gmail.com.
- After we receive the return item, we'll check if it's unused. If approved, the refund will be processed within 24 hours.

After Receiving Your Hair
Wake Up Your Hair for the Perfect Blend
Your hair may look slightly compressed after packaging and shipping. Before install or styling, we recommend doing a simple “wake-up” care routine to help the hair become softer, fuller, and more natural-looking.
Deep Condition
Apply a rich conditioner and let it sit for 15–20 minutes to restore moisture and softness.
Add Leave-In + Oil
After rinsing, apply a leave-in conditioner and a small amount of hair oil to help reduce dryness and frizz.
Define the Texture
Apply curly mousse and a light layer of hair oil to bring back bounce, shine, and a more natural curl pattern.
Detangle Gently
While the hair is damp, gently detangle from ends to roots using your fingers or a wide-tooth comb.
Protect at Night
Section the hair before styling or sleeping. We recommend braiding or twisting it at night to keep it manageable.
This simple routine usually makes a big difference. It helps the hair blend more naturally, stay softer, and remain easier to manage throughout wear.
