What Is Your Raw Quality?
Our Raw hair Material cut from young girls’ ponytails—healthy and full of nutrients.
Where does the hair come from originally?
Our hair collectors travel across Cambodia, Myanmar, Vietnam, and rural Southwest China, purchasing ponytails directly from local girls — carefully selecting only the healthy hair. Each ponytail goes through professional testing to ensure it’s completely unprocessed — no dyeing, heat, or chemical treatments — keeping the hair’s cuticles healthy and intact.
What kind of processing need?
High-temperature sterilization
the hair goes through multiple rounds of combing and washing, followed by a full day of high-temperature sterilization to keep it clean and hygienic.
Hair thickness Sorting
The hair is measured and weighed to distinguish between single-drawn and double-drawn, then stored in the warehouse for different products.
Combing
After the hair is air-dried, it’s combed repeatedly to prevent any tangling.
After 2 times bleached
No test is more honest than a color test.
real raw hair can handle four rounds of dye, and still reach the blonde you want.
Is this hair safe to bleach or dye?
From my tests, after two rounds of bleaching, the hair can lift to a light color while still keeping its strength and shine.
- Apply enough bleach evenly to make sure every strand is fully covered.
- Wrap the hair in foil, then wrap a warm towel around it to speed up the process.
- Let it sit for about 30–50 minutes.
- If the color is still dark, repeat the bleaching step once more.
Most people fail because they don’t use enough product, so make sure the bleach is applied evenly before you start.
Will the hair blend well with natural hair textures?
From my comparison, raw hair is very naturally blended because it’s completely healthy and unprocessed. After washing, it looks super shiny and smooth. I highly recommend it if you’re going for a natural and healthy look.
How is Our Curl Pattern Made?
Our curls are created using high-temperature steam process—just like what you'd get at a salon. This ensures a clean and safe experience for our customers while giving them long-lasting, perfectly shaped curls.
Does the hair have a smell?
Raw hair hasn’t been salon-processed and has no bad smell — you might notice a little shampoo scent, but just wash it once after you receive it and it’ll be perfectly fine.
Can I straighten this hair?
Yes, you can. I’ve tested it many times. If you want that sleek, shiny look, keep your flat iron at around 220°C (about 430°F), let it sit on the hair for about 5 seconds, then glide it down slowly — especially for curly textures.
Will the curls go back after straightening?
Yes, it can. Soak the hair in conditioner for about 10 minutes, or apply it and wrap the hair to let it soften. After rinsing, shake out the excess water — that’s the key step to help the curls bounce back! Then apply curl mousse and let it air dry. After being straightened 2–3 times, the curls may loosen a bit — that’s totally normal.
Does raw hair tangle?
Yes — and that’s actually a REAL feature for real raw hair, not a flaw.
Raw hair has an intact, healthy cuticle, just like our own natural healthy hair.
Without proper care, it can tangle.
With conditioner and good maintenance, raw hair gives you a long-lasting, healthy, and natural finish.
