3. We don't cover any costs associated with returning products.
4. Make sure the hair hasn’t been used, and please send us a picture of it unused to our email: tzhairhouseoffcial@gmail.com.
5. After we receive the return item, we'll check if it's unused. If approved, the refund will be processed within 24 hours.
