How many bundles are used to make the wig?
The number of bundles used depends on the wig length to make sure the density and fullness look balanced ✨
- 12–14“→ approx.2.5 bundles
- 14-18” → approx.3.5 bundles
- 20–30” → approx. 4.5 bundles
When i can get the hair ?
Every pre-styled wig is made to order and professionally styled before shipping. Please allow 10 business days for production.
If you need your wig for a specific event, we recommend ordering at least 10 days in advance.
Refund & Return
To ensure a fair transaction for both our customers and our business, our return and exchange policy is as follows:
- To receive a full refund, the product eust be returned, and the request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items that have been used for an extended period of time (such as over one month) are not eligible for return or refund.- We don't cover any costs associated with returning products.
- Make sure the hair hasn’t been used, and please send us a picture of it unused to our email: tzhairhouseoffcial@gmail.com.
- After we receive the return item, we'll check if it's unused. If approved, the refund will be processed within 24 hours.
