1. To receive a full refund, the product must be returned, and the request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.

   Items that have been used for an extended period of time (such as over one month) are not eligible for return or refund.
3. We don't cover any costs associated with returning products.
4. Make sure the hair hasn’t been used, and please send us a picture of it unused to our email: tzhairhouseoffcial@gmail.com.
5. After we receive the return item, we'll check if it's unused. If approved, the refund will be processed within 24 hours.
